Can I create my own shirt?
Sure. All our designs are interchangeable so you get to pick the colors, patterns & embellishments that you like best. We can create a tie dye pattern in any colors you like and can add embellishments to anything you wish - tie dye or solid. All patterns are available in all sizes so mommy and daddy shirts can be made to match baby!
Can you rush an order for me?
All items are made to order and will usually arrive within 2-3 weeks. If you need an order shipped sooner, email us to see if we can accommodate your needs. If so, there will be a surcharge for the expedited service (depending on the items ordered).
What if I am not 100% satisfied with my purchase?
At the pink monkey, customer satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the merchandise in its original condition within 15 days of receipt for a quick, simple and easy exchange. Credit or refund will be given provided the merchandise is unwashed and unworn with all original tags attached and has not been subjected to obvious abuse, neglect or misuse. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Please be aware that all sales are final on personalized items.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Presently, payment is accepted by check, money order and PayPal. We will process the order once payment is received.
Will I receive an order confirmation email?
Yes. We will send confirmation to the email address provided during the order process.
Will I receive an email when my product is shipped?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, we will notify you by email.
